Compsee's New Asset Management System

The new release of the Compsee Asset Management system provides organizations with a comprehensive solution for managing and tracking high dollar and/or circulating assets.  It is already helping New York City based Hunter Roberts Construction Group to manage their assets ranging from IT equipment to tools.  According to Jason Burns, Vice President, Technology, "the software is allowing us to take greater control of our assets at corporate locations as well as our construction sites."

Asset Management, Check-in/Check-out in One Product

As with Hunter Roberts, many organizations require a single, enterprise solution that not only provides comprehensive asset tracking and detail lookup, but also provides a check-in/check-out functionality for those departments that assign assets to employees, contractors or other third parties.  The new Asset Management solution tracks all asset movement and employee assignment, ensuring visibility, accuracy and asset accountability across the organization

Compsee has also released a version of the product specifically for Tool and Equipment Management.

Compsee Supports Mobile Field Service Automation with Out-of-the-Box Deployment

Compsee recently supported the implementation of a new field service solution for MacDonald Miller, a mechanical contracting/maintenance company in the Pacific Northwest. As a critical component of the system, MacDonald Miller selected the Motorola MC65 to provide field technicians new capabilities such as access to customer histories and email of work summaries before leaving the customer's building.

Compsee provided deployment services to ensure an out-of-the-box working solution - including software loading and configuration, battery charging, and cellular activation/verification. These services, which were performed at a Compsee regional deployment center, saved the customer's staff significant time, and allowed for a quicker rollout.
